Job Summary
Premier Distilleries seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Officer to coordinate shipments, customs documentation, freight partners and delivery follow-up.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify and manage logistics and shipping documents.
- Coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders and transporters.
- Track shipments, follow up delays and provide status updates.
- Support compliance with East African customs requirements.
- Maintain logistics records and prepare operational reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
- East Africa Customs and Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate is mandatory.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisation, communication and follow-up skills.
