Job Summary
Q-Sourcing is recruiting six Regional Trade Marketing Executives for Spiro to strengthen brand visibility and execute field marketing activities across Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deploy point-of-sale materials, dealership branding and swap-station visibility.
- Conduct field audits and report brand presence and trade activity.
- Run rider engagements, dealer events and boda-boda stage activations.
- Work with sales teams to identify fleet operators, partners and riders.
- Manage local vendors and installers to deliver trade assets on time.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- One to three years in trade marketing, field sales or retail execution.
- Experience in FMCG, telecom, energy or automotive sectors is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the assigned Ugandan region.
- Strong organisation, field-project management, communication and reporting skills.
