Job Summary
Four Intervention Facilitators are required to deliver Kisoboka II study sessions in selected health facilities while maintaining ethical and protocol-compliant implementation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned intervention sessions in selected health facilities.
- Maintain fidelity to study protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Send participant reminders, document progress and support session retention.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and participate in debrief and project meetings.
- Monitor possible adverse events and uphold confidentiality and research ethics.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in education, health education, health promotion, public health, adult education, social work or a related field; relevant practical experience may be considered.
- At least two years’ experience in health research, intervention delivery or health-programme implementation.
- Training in general or HIV/AIDS counselling and experience motivating participants through multi-session interventions.
- Strong English and Luganda communication; facilitation or motivational-interviewing experience is an advantage.
