Job Summary
The Store Keeper will support the accurate receipt, storage, issue and control of workshop spare parts, tools, lubricants and related materials.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials.
- Store, label and issue items only against authorised requests.
- Record every stock movement accurately.
- Conduct regular stock counts and support reconciliations.
- Report damaged, missing, obsolete or low-stock items and keep the store secure.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate or diploma in Stores, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a stores environment.
- Automotive or workshop-store experience is an advantage.
- Accuracy, organisation, integrity and knowledge of safe material handling.
