Job Summary
A minimum two-year graduate programme providing hands-on rotations across coffee sourcing, production, quality, trading, logistics, sustainability and finance, with potential international relocation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete core and elective rotations across the coffee value chain.
- Work with a programme sponsor and expert mentors.
- Build the technical, commercial and operational skills required for graduation.
- Support flexible working patterns during harvests, rotations and special projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- BA or MBA in Business, Finance, Economics or International Trade.
- Analytical and research skills; MS Office and Excel competence, with Power BI desirable.
- Business-level written and spoken English and a driver’s licence.
- Ugandan, Tanzanian or Kenyan citizen or permanent resident with a valid passport.
- Able to travel and relocate globally at short notice; prior commodity experience is helpful but not essential.
