Job Summary
The officer will grow FINCA’s group-lending client portfolio by mobilising potential customers and delivering financial-literacy and group-methodology training.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan community sales drives, focus groups, marketing drives and door-to-door mobilisation.
- Deliver structured financial-literacy and self-managed-group training.
- Guide groups in leadership selection, governance, cohesion and record keeping.
- Assess group readiness to use FINCA financial services.
- Implement monthly work plans and provide weekly feedback to branch management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Education or another related field.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the operational area.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle.
- Strong sales, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- No prior experience is specified in the vacancy title.
