Location: Western, Eastern and Central Uganda – all Tugende locations

Job Summary
The agent will vet and manage customer accounts, follow up payments, handle account concerns and maintain strong customer relationships and portfolio quality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Vet and onboard eligible customers in line with credit requirements.
- Monitor repayments and follow up outstanding payments throughout the loan cycle.
- Coordinate incidents such as accidents, sickness, theft and asset impoundment.
- Support customer retention, after-sales service and additional product opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and comply with documentation controls.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A-Level education or above.
- At least one year of field-based experience and one year in loan management or collections.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and account-management skills.
- Familiarity with lending products, financial services and CRM software.
- Good computer skills, integrity, empathy and a target-focused approach.
