Job Summary
The technician will perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning and room-condition inspections across guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspect room furniture, fittings, appliances and finishes.
- Carry out minor repairs, replace light bulbs, tighten fittings and patch walls.
- Clean and maintain guest-room surfaces and report serious faults or safety hazards.
- Follow safety, security, appearance, confidentiality and asset-protection standards.
- Support guest service and maintain positive working relationships.
- Lift, move, bend, stand and work physically for extended periods as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- High-school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No licence or certification is required.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements described in the vacancy.
