Job Summary
The intern will support the Uganda Investment Team with fixed-income and equity research, cash-position management, client reports and financial modelling.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support investment research for fixed-income and equity asset classes.
- Help manage daily cash positions and prepare weekly cash meetings.
- Prepare client reports and presentations.
- Develop financial models that support investment decisions.
- Comply with company risk, compliance and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- Progress toward CFA is an advantage.
- Approximately six months to two years of related experience or internship exposure.
- Strong report-writing, presentation, communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong interest in investments.
