Job Summary
MTN MoMo Uganda is recruiting an analyst to produce distribution insights, strengthen agent liquidity and channel quality, and support commercial execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc channel-performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyse agent activity, liquidity, rebalancing, commissions, onboarding, KYC and partner performance.
- Identify coverage gaps, operational risks, fraud indicators and corrective actions.
- Prepare management packs, scorecards, action trackers and executive updates.
- Support field teams and distribution partners with accurate data and timely issue escalation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, IT, Business Computing, Data Analytics or a relevant field.
- Three to five years of experience in mobile money, fintech, telecom, FMCG distribution, business intelligence, channel operations or commercial reporting.
- Strong Excel, Power BI or equivalent reporting and data-visualisation capability, including scripting ability.
- Good knowledge of agent operations, liquidity, KYC, compliance, partner management and mobile-money performance metrics.
