Job Summary
RECO Industries Limited seeks a Sales Manager with strong capabilities in sales leadership, business development, revenue growth, budgeting and management of sales teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the company's sales function.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
- Prepare, monitor and manage sales budgets.
- Lead, guide and manage the sales team.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or a related qualification.
- Minimum three years of work experience in a management position.
- Strong sales-leadership and sales-team-management capability.
- Business-development, revenue-growth and budgeting capability.
- A proven record of supporting FMCG businesses is an added advantage.
