Job Summary
Partunify is recruiting for a national education-sector network that needs a Program Officer to coordinate projects, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, monitoring and donor reporting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate programme activities, member organisations and advocacy campaigns.
- Prepare work plans and track project targets and implementation progress.
- Monitor education policies and provide recommendations to the Project Manager.
- Prepare monthly reports and updates for partners and donors.
- Support media campaigns, press releases, webinars and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Education, Social Sciences, Project Management, International Development or a related field.
- At least three years of progressive project-coordination experience in an NGO, civil-society network or development agency.
- Understanding of Uganda’s education sector, policy environment and local-government structures.
- Experience with donor-funded projects and international compliance requirements.
