Job Summary
NSSF Uganda seeks a Compliance Auditor to reconcile employer accounts, assess compliance with the NSSF Act and support recovery and employer-engagement activities in Arua.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct timely audits of assigned employers and prepare audit notifications.
- Analyse employer records, test compliance and prepare findings and recommendations.
- Agree and monitor payment plans and follow up outstanding arrears.
- Educate employers about NSSF obligations, services and contribution requirements.
- Maintain adequate audit documentation and support legal action where necessary.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, Commerce, Statistics or a related field.
- Professional qualification in ACCA or CPA.
- Four years of compliance, audit or related experience.
- Demonstrable experience conducting audits or compliance reviews in regulated entities.
- Integrity, communication, negotiation and customer-relationship skills.
