Job Summary
The Sales Agents will drive revenue growth, promote Tugende products and services, acquire clients and build strong customer relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
- Promote Tugende services through community engagement and outreach.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify leads through networking, referrals and market research.
- Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- UACE or equivalent and above.
- Sales, customer-service or related experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to use Microsoft Office applications.
