Job Summary
The Appraisal Officer will evaluate assets and securities, determine market values and make recommendations to support sound loan-approval decisions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess assets and securities.
- Determine market value through valuation.
- Support loan-approval decisions with appraisal recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Accounting.
- Two to three years of experience in a financial setting.
