Job Summary
The Recovery Agents will manage debt-recovery cases, recover outstanding debts and maintain positive customer relationships while following company procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage assigned recovery cases and collect outstanding debts professionally.
- Issue demand notices and follow up overdue payments.
- Impound assigned assets and report progress in real time.
- Monitor payment plans and resolve customer complaints or disputes.
- Maintain accurate recovery records and liaise with internal teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in debt recovery, credit control or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of debt-recovery procedures and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
