Job Summary
A hands-on, site-based graduate placement supporting supervision and coordination of daily construction activities. This is not an office-based role.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and monitor daily site activities against approved drawings.
- Check dimensions, levels, layouts, workmanship and construction details.
- Coordinate trades, materials, equipment and site inventory.
- Identify site issues, support inspections and report progress.
- Maintain attendance, workforce, progress and project-administration records.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Recent graduate seeking practical construction experience.
- Strong ability to read, interpret and produce architectural and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant drawing software.
- Good site-practice knowledge, communication, organisation and attention to detail.
