Job Summary
The coordinator will manage day-to-day client communication and coordinate jobs across teams so work moves efficiently and deadlines are met.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage updates, queries and issue resolution for assigned clients.
- Track jobs and follow up with internal teams.
- Monitor deadlines and flag delays or operational issues early.
- Support smooth coordination across client-service and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Fresh graduate with strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
- Bachelor degree level is listed in the advert.
