Job Summary
Chaperones assist athlete notification and escorting during doping-control missions, ensuring athletes understand testing procedures and remain observed until sample collection is complete.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Notify and escort selected athletes to the Doping Control Station.
- Explain athlete rights and responsibilities during sample collection.
- Assist Doping Control Officers with documentation and athlete handling.
- Report refusals, delays or other issues during athlete escort.
- Support anti-doping awareness and education activities when required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in any academic field from a recognised institution, or O-Level plus anti-doping chaperone training.
- Anti-doping activity or athlete experience is an advantage.
- Integrity, discretion, clear communication and ability to follow procedures.
