Job Details:
The Sales and Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing the introduction of an innovative product to the Ugandan market, securing strong distribution channels, building key retail partnerships, and driving sales momentum.

- Problem-solving and data analysis.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite and CRM software).
- Valid driving permit.
Responsible For
- Lead & Acquire Key Retail Partners: Secure new distribution agreements with supermarkets and petrol stations.
- Drive Sales & Achieve Targets: Lead sales cycle and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Build & Nurture Partner Relationships: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Execute Go-to-Market Strategy & Promotions: Develop and execute in-store promotions.
- Provide Market & Sales Insights: Monitor market trends and sales performance.
