The company is expanding its local team and is looking for a highly energetic, persuasive, and results-driven sales professional to support customer consultations, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Job Summary

The Full-Time In-Office Skincare Sales & Conversion Consultant will be responsible for managing customer consultations, following up with prospects and past clients, and converting leads into sales through phone calls and WhatsApp communication.

This is a physical office-based role in Entebbe, suitable for a confident sales professional with strong communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and experience in telesales, customer engagement, or consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively call and follow up with local skincare prospects and past clients daily.
  • Ask clear diagnostic questions to understand customer skin concerns, needs, and goals.
  • Recommend suitable premium multi-product skincare routines to support high-ticket sales.
  • Handle customer objections professionally, warmly, and empathetically.
  • Maintain consistent daily movement of customer pipelines.
  • Update customer records through accurate data entry and CRM/database tracking.
  • Build strong customer relationships based on trust, education, and excellent service.
  • Support conversion of inquiries into successful sales through structured follow-up.

Requirements

  • Must be based locally in the Entebbe area with reliable daily access to the physical office.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer engagement, appointment setting, or a related role.
  • Fluent, clear, and highly persuasive English communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and confidence in making high-volume sales calls.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • High computer proficiency and fast typing speed.
  • Prior experience using customer databases, CRM systems, or sales pipeline tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and execution speed.
  • Self-driven, energetic, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision.
