How to Prepare a Strong Application

  • Show accuracy and reliability: Prepare an example of moving items with a clear handover record and meeting a deadline. Explain how you checked labels or quantities and reported a discrepancy instead of quietly correcting it.
  • Demonstrate respect for procedures: Be ready to explain how you follow written instructions, protect confidential information and ask for guidance when something is unclear. Keep examples within your training and authorised duties.
  • Make language and training clear: Highlight your Acholi fluency, English skills and UACE qualification. Add any relevant laboratory or health training and apply to the Gulu role using the correct job code.
