Job Summary
The manager will oversee HR operations and supervise the HR team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, staff records, attendance and leave.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and department heads.
- Support employee performance and discipline.
- Supervise HR staff and maintain Excel trackers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Five to eight years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Uganda’s labour law.
- Strong communication, organisation and time management.
- Initiative and accountability; no academic requirement is stated.
