How to Prepare a Strong Application
- Prepare a competing-priorities example: Explain how you handled a diary clash, urgent request or disrupted trip. Show the trade-offs you considered, who you consulted and how you kept the executive informed.
- Demonstrate concise documentation: Prepare anonymised meeting minutes or a one-page briefing with decisions, action owners and dates. Make the structure easy to scan and show how you followed actions through.
- Show confidential coordination: Describe how you organised sensitive staff or management records and controlled access. Tailor the CV to executive support, logistics and compliance rather than listing general office duties.
