Job Summary
Grow and support an insurance-agent network through recruitment, coaching, performance management and customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit and train agents and expand productive agency coverage.
- Monitor sales pipelines, premium growth, productivity and agent retention.
- Coordinate client service and ensure ethical selling and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, insurance, finance or a related field.
- Four to six years in insurance, including at least two years in agency sales/development, business development or sales management.
- Proven agent/team management; a professional insurance qualification is an advantage.
