Job Summary
The Scaling Manager will lead national scale-up of ParentApp, a blended digital parenting intervention designed to reduce violence against children, improve caregiver mental health, and promote healthy child development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Uganda’s national scaling strategy for ParentApp and evidence-based parenting support.
- Manage government, donor, NGO, academic, and civil-society partnerships.
- Adapt ParentApp for Uganda and develop national plans, reach projections, roadmaps, and partnerships.
- Manage budgets, work plans, reporting, two Scaling Associates, monitoring, and sustainability planning.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree plus substantial relevant experience, in public health, development, business, policy, psychology, social sciences, technology, or related field.
- At least five years’ experience scaling programmes, digital products, or social innovations in Uganda.
- Experience with government partnerships, multi-stakeholder projects, data-informed decision-making, and digital platforms.
- Professional fluency in English; Luganda or Swahili is preferred.
