Job Summary
The technician will conduct mineral-processing tests and provide reliable laboratory data for process optimisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct flotation, magnetic-separation and gravity-separation tests.
- Prepare samples and manage reagent regimes.
- Record and analyse test data and support mineral-processing engineers in research work.
- Operate and maintain laboratory crushing, grinding and flotation equipment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or higher qualification in Mineral Processing or Chemistry.
- At least three years of flotation, magnetic or gravity-separation testing experience.
- Familiarity with reagent regimes.
- Ability to operate laboratory crushing, grinding and flotation equipment.
- Good chemical-safety awareness.
