Job Summary
The Financial Controller – Fleet will lead financial planning, reporting, control and analysis for fleet operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop fleet budgets, forecasts and investment plans.
- Monitor fuel, maintenance, insurance, tyres, licensing and driver-related costs.
- Manage fleet assets, depreciation, vehicle life-cycle costs and verification.
- Prepare fleet financial reports, dashboards and management accounts.
- Support revenue assurance, transport billing and profitability analysis.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
- Full CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent qualification.
- At least 7 years’ finance experience, including 3 years in a senior logistics, fleet or transport role.
- Strong budgeting, reporting, cost-control, ERP and advanced Excel skills.
