Job Summary
The executive will manage customer interactions, quotations, enquiries and orders while coordinating sales, production, delivery and payment follow-up.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve walk-in, corporate and key customers to a high standard.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, enquiries and sales orders.
- Advise customers on roofing-material types, quantities and specifications.
- Coordinate stock availability, custom orders, invoicing and delivery.
- Follow up payments and resolve escalated service or delivery issues.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ability.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask under pressure with strong organisation and attention to detail.
- The published advert lists no prior experience requirement.
