Job Summary
The Clinical Officers will provide patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and health education while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess patients, take medical histories and conduct physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions within professional scope.
- Prescribe and administer appropriate treatment.
- Maintain confidential patient records and provide health education.
- Refer patients requiring specialised care and work with other healthcare staff.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or equivalent.
- Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant professional council.
- Relevant clinical experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork and patient-care skills.
