Application procedure

Application forms can be obtained from the Public Service Commission, Farmers House, Kampala, or from any District/Service Commission Offices.

Handwritten applications with CVs are also acceptable.

Applications should clearly indicate:

  1. The title of the post applied for
  2. The reference number specified against the post

Applicants should attach the following documents:

  1. Three sets of certified copies of full academic certificates, transcripts and result slips
  2. National Identification documents
  3. Three recently certified passport-size photographs
  4. Updated Curriculum Vitae, where applicable

Serving officers should route their applications through their responsible officers, who should be informed of the closing date to avoid late submission.

Applicants who do not hear from the City Service Commission after completion of the selection exercise should consider themselves unsuccessful.
