This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic travel and tourism company that offers exceptional safari experiences, corporate travel packages, and personalized tour services across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all sales activities for the company's travel and safari services.
- Generate leads and close contracts with both individual and corporate clients.
- Offer professional advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, insurance, and packages.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with speed and professionalism.
- Forecast sales targets, evaluate profitability, and report on sales performance.
- Participate in trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of sales personnel when needed.
