About the Programme
The National Apprenticeship and Graduate Volunteer Programme aims to improve youth transition into employment and enhance labour productivity by providing employment-based skilling through structured apprenticeship training.
Key Activities / What Apprentices Will Do
- Participate in structured work-based learning combining on-the-job and off-the-job training.
- Work under supervision of professionals/mentors to gain practical competencies in a chosen occupation.
- Support day-to-day operations and strategic activities of the host institution while learning.
- Undertake assessments leading to formal certification at the end of the apprenticeship.
Minimum Qualifications

At least a Certificate, Diploma, or Honors Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Eligibility Requirements
- Age 16–35 years at time of application.
- Demonstrated interest in the priority occupation applied for.
- Basic communication skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability to work environments.
- Availability for the full duration of the apprenticeship programme as specified.
- Medically fit for field/practical work where required.
