Background
NIC General is a wholly owned subsidiary of NIC Holdings Limited (NIC). NIC General was incorporated on 3rd March, 2014 and took over the general insurance businesses of NIC in compliance with the legal requirement for separation of insurance businesses under the Insurance (Amendment) Act.
NIC General Insurance is looking for an experienced candidate to take up positions of Office Secretary.
Purpose
To ensure the efficient and smooth running of all office activities and operations. You will be required to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, coworkers, and vendors.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's in Degree or any related field from a reputable University.
- Certificate of proficiency in Insurance
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance
- Previous working experience as an Assistant, Personal Assistant, or a similar position
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Ability to use office equipment, such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities
