Overview:
China Forestry International Development (CFID) is seeking passionate, entry-level graduates eager to build a long-term career in agriculture, sustainability, and field leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Gender: Male only
Age: 22–29 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from any university course with a minimum 3.30 CGPA
Preferred Fields: Forestry and Agricultural-related majors
Experience: Entry-level (fresh graduates)

Core Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Self-motivated and independent
Willing to live and work in plantation camps in remote areas
Attention to detail and strong reporting skills
Committed and ready for field-based leadership
Willing to accept company-provided meals and accommodation

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise plantation operations including nursery management, planting, weeding/slashing, and harvesting
Monitor and manage plantation camp materials, including stock-ins and stock-outs
Oversee camp welfare (meals and accommodation)
Prepare and submit daily activity reports
Perform any other duties assigned by management
