Job Summary
Lead general-insurance claims quality, controls, service and technical decisions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee claims processes and adherence to controls and service standards.
- Improve workflows, ethical decisions and stakeholder experience.
- Coach claims staff and strengthen technical competence.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Relevant Actuarial, Business Administration or related bachelor’s degree.
- Professional insurance qualification such as ACII, CII or Diploma in Insurance.
- Eight years of claims-management experience; related master’s degree advantageous.
