Job Summary
The editor will produce short-form videos for several client accounts.

- Deliver polished video edits promptly.
- Shape opening hooks, pacing and narrative flow.
- Handle several client accounts each week.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good editing judgement and ability to meet turnaround requirements.

How to Prepare a Strong Application
- Lead with your editing work: Prepare a concise showreel of your own short-form edits. Identify your role in each project and the software used, including CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve where applicable.
- Prepare an editing example: Choose an edit that demonstrates a strong opening, pacing, clear captions, clean audio and a suitable ending. Keep an example showing the difference between raw footage and the final result.
- Practise delivery under time pressure: Be ready to work from a client brief, export for different social formats and manage revisions. Explain how you organise files and prioritise several client deadlines.
- Make the CV practical: Highlight relevant projects and turnaround times. Include an accessible portfolio link in the CV and check that the videos open without a login.
