Job Summary
Perform diagnostic imaging that supports clinical decisions while maintaining patient care, radiation safety and accurate records.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and operate imaging equipment.
- Follow imaging protocols and capture accurate images.
- Maintain radiation safety, infection prevention and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment and document procedures.
- Explain procedures and collaborate with clinicians and nurses.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Recognised diploma, degree or qualification in Radiography/Radiologic Technology.
- Professional registration or eligibility where applicable.
- Knowledge of imaging, radiation safety, anatomy and basic pathology.
- Digital imaging systems such as PACS/RIS are an advantage.
- Patient confidentiality, communication and full-time on-site availability in Ibanda.
