Job Summary
Manage day-to-day lettings, tenant support, rent records and property maintenance. Recruitment is through HCBS.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Market units, arrange viewings and maintain tenancy and condition records.
- Track rent, follow up arrears and prepare owner statements.
- Coordinate repairs, inspect completed work and support landlord relationships.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Diploma or degree in real estate, land economics, business or a related field.
- Two to four years in lettings, property management or customer service.
- Valid driving permit and willingness to travel across Greater Kampala; strong numeracy, English and computer skills.
