How to Prepare a Strong Application

  • Document qualifying experience: Make programme administration and international-partner coordination easy to identify. Give month-and-year dates so the required experience can be assessed.
  • Prepare a training plan: Create a sample course schedule, participant tracker, logistics checklist and budget follow-up sheet. Explain how you would control revised learning materials.
  • Practise competency examples: Prepare specific examples of resolving a logistical problem, meeting competing deadlines and working across teams. Explain your action and the measurable result.
