Job Summary

Join NKG’s 24-month East Africa programme, with one trainee based in Uganda and rotations across the coffee supply chain.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Learn sourcing, quality assessment, sustainability and traceability.
  • Gain exposure to trading, exports, logistics and financial analysis.
  • Undertake an international placement and present a practical capstone project.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Graduated within two years in agribusiness, economics or finance; a master’s degree is advantageous.
  • No more than two years of work experience.
  • English fluency; Kiswahili or Luganda is advantageous, with willingness to learn required.
  • Leadership potential and readiness for regional and international travel.
