Job Summary

The associate will coordinate government liaison, diplomatic protocol and executive administration for WFP Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organise senior meetings, missions and VIP visits.
  • Manage executive schedules, correspondence and briefing materials.
  • Liaise with government institutions and maintain protocol records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Secondary education with six years’ experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least three years in administration and protocol.
  • Relevant business, international-relations, diplomacy or communications degrees are preferred.
  • Diplomatic-protocol knowledge, Office skills and fluent English.
