Job Summary
Provide commercial legal support across banking transactions, contracts, recoveries, litigation and regulatory matters.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Review agreements and credit security documents and support security perfection.
- Advise business teams on legal risk and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate debt recovery, litigation files and external counsel.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- LLB and postgraduate diploma in legal practice.
- Enrolled Advocate of the High Court of Uganda.
- At least two years of post-qualification experience, preferably in banking, commercial law or another regulated institution.
