How to Prepare a Strong Application
- Show governance delivery: Describe meeting coordination, accurate minutes, statutory filings and action tracking. State the committees supported and how you ensured deadlines were met.
- Prepare a Board exercise: Create a fictional agenda, resolution and action tracker. Distinguish discussion from the decision and assign a clear owner and due date to each action.
