How to Prepare a Strong Application
- Show fleet-management evidence: Highlight vehicle maintenance scheduling, fuel and mileage tracking, repair coordination and driver-document administration. Quantify savings or reduced downtime where supported.
- Prepare a fleet tracker: Create an anonymised example showing service dates, mileage, fuel use, insurance expiry and repair status. Practise explaining how you identify unusual fuel consumption.
- Practise a breakdown scenario: Explain how you would respond to a delivery vehicle breakdown, arrange a safe repair, maintain delivery coordination and document the costs.
- Check eligibility and documents: Review the stated applicant criteria and prepare the cover letter, CV, academic documents and valid driving-permit copy. State driving and riding experience and tracking-system skills accurately.
