Job Summary
Support safety management during plant construction, installation and commissioning.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement safety procedures, worker training and site inspections.
- Support job-safety analysis, work permits and emergency preparedness.
- Investigate incidents and near misses and maintain inspection and training records.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science or a related field.
- Three to five years in heavy industry, preferably steel manufacturing.
- Risk-assessment, regulatory and safety-record skills; willingness to work on site.
