How to Prepare a Strong Application
- Highlight accuracy at volume: Describe data-entry, printing, inventory or document-processing tasks you completed. State the volume, checks used and how you corrected errors.
- Prepare a production tracker: Create a fictional batch sheet linking records received, cards printed, rejects, reprints and final dispatch totals. Reconcile it to a delivery manifest.
- Practise quality control: Explain what you would do if barcodes became unreadable midway through a batch. Show how you isolate affected cards, record the problem and prevent incorrect dispatch.
- State availability clearly: Confirm that you can work in Mbarara for the one-month assignment. Explain how you keep personal information secure during printing and packaging.
