Job Summary
Two branch executives will lead asset-finance operations and improve branch performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Grow lending portfolios and oversee collections and recoveries.
- Coach staff and maintain service and credit-policy standards.
- Manage expenses, branch assets, local partnerships and reporting.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Business Administration or Management degree, or equivalent.
- Three or more years of supervisory experience; microfinance or asset finance preferred.
- Motorcycle-riding competence, analysis, integrity and willingness to work in rural locations.
