Job Summary
Sokoni Africa Limited needs a Quality Assurance and Control Officer to monitor operational standards, regulatory compliance, hygiene and food safety.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor quality-assurance and control procedures.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks and audits across operations.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports and compliance documentation.
- Train staff and monitor hygiene, food-safety and health-and-safety standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least two years of quality-assurance or control experience, preferably in hospitality, food service or manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of quality-management systems, hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail, objective inspection, analysis, reporting and problem-solving skills.
