Job Summary
Establish, lead and grow KURA’s agency distribution network to expand Assets Under Management, market reach and customer acquisition.
Key Duties
- Develop agency growth strategy, business plans, budgets and expansion plans.
- Recruit, onboard, train and manage financial advisors and agency partners.
- Set targets, monitor productivity and coach agency teams.
- Ensure compliance with CMA, KYC, AML and company requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Commerce or related field.
- At least five years’ experience in sales, agency management, banking, insurance, wealth or investment management.
- At least one year in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, sales, relationship-management and communication skills.
